About the Council
TEC Council meets the second Thursday of each month. Meetings are held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Owatonna at 7:00 p.m.
Community members are welcome to attend any TEC Council meetings except the ones that immediately follow a TEC weekend (February, May, August, November). Those meetings include Leadership selection for the next TEC weekend, and are closed meetings. Please contact the council convenor if you would like to attend.
