<p>The purpose of this talk is to help prepare the weekenders for their entrance back into the world.</p>

<p>You are given 30 minutes for your talk.</p>

<p>Recap highlights of the weekend. <strong>(Spend a maximum of 5 minutes on these highlights.)</strong>
    Summarize the TEC experience. Help the weekenders relive the special moments of the weekend. What were
    the important themes from talks (the progression), the focus of Stations of the Cross, sunrise service
    and resurrection, and the agape dinner.</p>

<p>Like Peter in the story of the Transfiguration (Matt. 17:1&ndash;13), we would love to stay on the
    "mountaintop," but we are needed in the world. Assure the weekenders that even though it will be
    difficult leaving this place (TEC blues), the Lord has promised to go with us (Matt. 28:20).</p>

<ol>
    <li>Challenge everyone to go beyond the initial letdown and take the experience back into families,
        schools, churches, etc. The love we experienced needs to be shared (Matthew 13:3&ndash;9, 18&ndash;23).</li>
    <li>Jesus Christ was encountered at TEC. Jesus can also be encountered outside of TEC. Challenge the
        weekenders to get involved in their home church youth group. Remind them that they can be an
        important spark in bringing life back to a family or church.</li>
    <li>Encourage the weekenders to support and work on future TEC weekends as team members.</li>
    <li>Tell the weekenders not to share any of the surprises of the weekend. Let the experience be a
        surprise for their friends. Remind them that this includes sharing those surprises on social
        networks (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.).</li>
    <li>Encourage everyone to live for Jesus Christ, not TEC.</li>
    <li>Through the talk, share personal stories to help the weekenders relate.</li>
    <li>Use the theme Bible verse for the weekend to pull everything together.</li>
